Welcome to our shop! If you visit our shop it means that you automatically accept all these terms and conditions. Please carefully read all information concerning our guidelines, terms and agreements.

Return Policy

Goods returned for credit will not be accepted without a CLASS EMBROIDERY Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

All returns must be sent back within 14days of the invoice date including samples.

Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged or wrongly supplied.

Ensure goods are correct in all aspects including colour, style, size and quantity prior to decoration. All returns must be in saleable condition. CLASS EMBROIDERY will not accept returns on garments that have been decorated or altered in anyway.

Claims for incorrectly supplied/short supplied goods must be notified to Class Embroidery within 5 business days of delivery, to qualify for credit. All other claims for credit must be made within 14 days of invoice date.

All returns MUST be in its original packaging and in re-sellable folded condition, including loose pockets with polo shirts, and cardboard accessories with business shirts: failing this a repackaging fee will be charged per garment of $5.00 per garment.

Any goods returned without a Returns Authorisation Number will be returned to the customer.

Shipping Policy

Class Embroidery ships goods Australia wide using third party carriers and Australia Post. Customers have the option to collect orders from the Class Concepts Shop in Geelong, during opening hours. Where the Buyer chooses to collect orders or arrange own courier delivery is deemed to be to the buyer.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s default address as held by Class Embroidery, unless specified at time of placement of order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by the Seller to deliver the Goods in the specified time (or any of them) promptly or at all, as at times delivery is beyond the control of Class Embroidery as every effort is taken for deliveries the buyer is liable once the order has been processed.

All transactions on this site are processed in Australian Dollars (AU$) and prices shown exclude GST and shipping unless otherwise stated.

Class Embroidery will endeavour to ship all orders received prior to 12:00pm within 5days of receipt of order for undecorated items and 14days for decorated orders, once approval has been received. Premium orders can be requested at time of placing order.

Intellectual Property of

Our designs are important to us – they are the backbone of our business discipline. Regardless of the circumstances in which you come to view our design work (EOI, RFQ, tender, submission, catalogue or quote) we are the lawful rights holder of the intellectual property (IP) rights under Australian & international laws.

Intellectual property rights are protected under the Copyright Act 1968. Our designs are protected from the first moment they are created. The designs are not required to be registered. You are licensed to view or use the designs only for the purpose they are created. Any further use of purpose will be unlawful unless you first obtain our prior written consent and on the terms and conditions we specify.

Similarly, we are diligent about using other designs. If you ask us to produce merchandise for you using a design created by you or a third party you must warrant that you have acquired the necessary permissions and consents from the rights holder (including moral rights consents). You fully indemnify and release us in this regard.

I acknowledge that we have read & understood the intellectual property by submitting our order.

Production Approval

We understand that your purchased goods are important to you. Upon approving your order (colour for goods, trim, zipper, Velcro and all other accessories, the colour and logo details) you will be committing to purchase the goods in accordance with such approvals and your order placed with us. We will not be responsible in the event that you make a mistake or change your mind in respect of any approvals given and you must make payment for all goods supplied and ordered.

We take pride in our work. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure that the goods we produce will look like those depicted in the Visual Presentation, actual colours and location detail on the goods produced may be subject to minor variations in the production process due to dye lots, materials sourced or other factors. In giving your approval you consent to such minor variations and modifications.

I hereby also acknowledge by processing this order that we/the company/organisation agree that the information given for our order and logo requirements are correct and I/We accept all responsibility for the artwork/logo/copy right laws and that we are lawfully able to abide to and have permission to use this logo on all or in part for use for our order and I/we take all responsibility on behalf of our Company by submitting and processing this order.

I acknowledge that I am an authorised representative of my organisation and hereby approve of this production and to proceed with production of the garments/order and by submitting my order I accept and acknowledge all the terms and conditions.
